We reference only concierges that operate in Dijon and the nine surrounding towns of the Metropolitan Area. Each partner knows every neighbourhood, every street, every event calendar. No national chain, no franchise, no centralised operations run from Paris.

A clear commission (20% to 25% depending on the formula), taken by the partner only on rent actually collected. No set-up fee, no exit fee, no fixed monthly cost. If your property does not let one month, you pay nothing.

No fixed-term commitment. You can cancel the partner mandate at any time with 14 days written notice, a contractual criterion imposed by our convention. The partner cannot tie you to a longer term.

The International Gastronomy Fair, the Vine Festival, the congresses at the Palais des Congrès, the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin: each partner commits to a weekly price adjustment on these events. Our editorial watch positions your property at the right price, never under-priced, never out of market.

Detailed monthly partner report: nights booked, average nightly rate, occupancy rate, costs deducted, final payout. Permanent access to an owner dashboard. Real data, not a marketing summary.
